Does the labels such as “gluten-free” and “organic” necessarily mean healthy or lower in calories?

Labels – no matter what they espouse (e.g. gluten free, low fat etc.) doesn’t and shouldn’t give a person license to eat as much as they want. I think that portion control in many ways is just as important, if not more so, than what the label says.
