I do snowboarding 2 hours/day three times a week and I was wondering if it really counts for cardio. If not, what could I add to my daily routine such as weight training or cardio? Other days I alternate cardio (aerobics) and weight training (upper body, lower body, then total body) . The problem is I don’t really have time for 1 hour training myself the days that I do snowboarding. Can anyone answer my question please? thank you 🙂

And it is great that you do all the other things on alternate days so that you have a well-balanced exercise routine.
So just keep on snowboarding while the snow lasts and have a lot of fun doing it.
