The answer is simply “YES”. Meditation is beneficial for both fitness and bodybuilding goals. When we take some time out to meditate we can focus on ourselves and gain insight into what is working for or against us. We can narrow in on our goals and reasses them as needed. I must also mention that when we meditate or recover from our workouts, our hormones such as cortisol & insulin respond in a positive way allowing you to perform your next workout better/stronger.
