Eating a balanced diet is the best way to fuel yourself; even registered dietitians will tell you that. Supplements have a lot going on which really require a doctor’s and registered dietitian’s thorough examination before prescription…if required at all.
Stick with a good diet and exercise program with proper amount of rest and you should be fine. Please remember, health and wellbeing is about being your best self; so, do not compare yourself to others.
