Does anyone out there charge clients for on-line training? Do you use a program to design clients’ programs?
I am interested in adding online training packages for clients. I am curious to know what programs you use, or do you just video workouts and sell them to clients? I would like to make sure there is some sort of video to show correct form and technique, etc. I know there is software out there designed to help with this, but I am unfamiliar with which ones are worth investing in. Any thoughts?
I just found this amazing app called trainerize. Its an app that your client can download and access videos that you have created to go along with their written exercise program. you can either create video of yourself performing exercises or use the video library. the app is very user friendly. on the client side it is very user friendly. the system even sends out welcome emails, daily client activity as clients can check in when they complete their workouts. check it out its awesome!!!!
I do Skype training and I also offer online programs as well (but only to clients I have trained 1-on-1 before). For Skype training I charge the same as if I was training them in-person because it still requires the same amount of time and preparation. I would also suggest the IDEA workout builder.
I design programs for clients (though these are clients I train in person) and now use IDEA Workout Builder. It is free to members, has video and print options, my clients seem to like the videos. You can import your own exercises and add modifications. It is pretty easy to use. Link is on the top towards the right side of the screen.
