I stumbled upon a few Essentrics workouts on YouTube last month. It’s like a combination of Tai Chi, Barre, and Pilates. It’s great for flexibility, stretching, and strengthening, and I would love to know more about it. It doesn’t seem to be that well-known yet in the Philippines though. Does anyone know of any good online resources where I could learn more about it? Thanks a lot!

I’ve never heard of it, but there are so many programs out there it is hard to know about all of them.
