Does anyone know of any good Manual Stretching courses available to personal trainers for CEU’s?
You might also try searching for “Assisted Stretching” courses. I teach a CEC course for this that includes practical application. You would need to come to the Big Island to take the course or bring me to your facility (I teach multiple day and subject workshops as well). Anyone wanting to take an awesome continuing education vacation to Hawaii, check out my website. www.hawaiifitnessacademy.com
Hi Tate,
I have recently heard of the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching which sounds quite intriguing http://www.stretchingusa.com/. Aaron Mattes teaches courses in Florida. While there is no information on CEUs, you could check with CSCS to see whether they would accept a petition.

Hello Tate Odell,
You might find the CECs you need through ACE and exerciseetc.com., to name two of many choices. Here is another link to check out:

Hi Tate,
I take some great continuing education courses through www.exerciseetc.com. They do have a number of different level stretching courses, so it may be worth checking out their content. Most of what I saw was home-study, so I’m not sure if that is what you are looking for, or actual live workshops. Their credits are accepted by many certifying agencies, including NASM, which I see you have.
Also, hopefully you have checked the IDEA site for some ideas. Hope this helps you.
