I am currently a Piloxing instructor, we have one class as of right now and hoping for more after the holidays. It has been a hug hit! We have women of all ages doing it and a few men as well. The women who have always been afraid of kickboxing absolutely love it cause they are able to slow down and actually really learn the technique and form. But the high intensity Boxing blocks really keep their heart rate up. Its an amazing workout cause they get a little bit of everything. Our gym currently has about 4 Zumba classes a night so we are trying to get them to change some of those up with Piloxing to give us some variety.
