Does anyone have experience with Myzone or Polar club/team or any other fitness tracking technology.
I am trying to track my one to one clients dur our training sessions and possibly during their own workouts so i can show what zone they are working in and how their zones change over time. These belts usually connect to an app on the coaches or class instructors’ iPad, data is stored, graphs automatically created and sent to the clients polar or myzone account. Problem is these are designed for clubs and come with enormous setup fees. Does anyone know about alternative ways to do these things, I don’t want to get all my clients buy the same fitness watch because many of them have their own fitbit or jawbone and similar gadgets already.
Thank you for your response,In my experience, today when everything is deigitalized and clients are in and out of the gym many wont be keeping up with writing things on paper and carrying it around, beside seeing stats and graphs of what they are doing is very motivating.
I found many heart rate sensors that connect to most applications that will do what exactly i want, polar h7 connects to 3rd part apps so i am ordering one.
