I know a personal friend who has same condition who asked me the same information. I do not personally train him though.
Because of the type of back condtion it is treated like most back “bone” injury cases. Exercise programs that can be helpful would be things like aqua resistance training, pool lane swimming, tia chi, yoga and even full body movement cardio training. These are all types of exercise that target full body movement without full wieght on the spinal column itself. Exercise that target the back and posture with out direct targeting can be benefitical in chropratic care can compliment the routine.
