Must reads that I have enjoyed come mostly from the Weston A. Price group.
Nutrition & Physical Degeneration – W. A. Price. –
Nourishing Traditions – Sally Fallon – Overall great read, but tends to lean towards a high use of grains.
The Fourfold Path to Healing – Thomas Cowen – Endless source of information on functional nutrition.
And this one is not part of the WAP Foundation, although he combines moderns trends in nutrition with a rich foundation in Chinese culture and history. He is also a vegetarian, but does not believe that vegetarianism is for everyone.
