Does anyone have a recommendation on the earliest age to start strength training and conditioning?

Hi, Michael! Great question! There is a myth out there stating that strength training is no recommended for children but it is just that. A myth. I have know children as young as 2 years old following a strength training program. The key factor is motor control. As long as they can execute proper form with the exercises and practice proper safety while exercising they can follow a strength training and conditioning program.
