Does anyone have a full body workout using only the TRX?

Yes – I perform this with my clients often. I really like to superset to minimize rest time. I have them do a lower body move – life squats or lunges then an upper body move – like rows so it would look something like this:
TRX squat or postural squat
High Row
TRX lunge right leg
TRX low row
TRX lunge left leg
TRX squat
TRX one leg squat – right
TRX shoulder Y or T raise
TRX one leg squat – left —
TRX bicep triple threat – clutch cross cross
TRX side lunge – right
TRX tricep extension
TRX side lunge left –
TRX super man – or oblique twist
