I was wondering which program you went through and whether you would recommend it. I have found a few online however I am unsure where to begin. I recently received my group fitness cert – however I am not necessarily looking for just group fitness kickboxing. I have taken an MMA style kickboxing class and would love to incorporate a lot more of that in my one on one training.
I am certified by Powder Blue for Turbo Kick. It is more dancy however you can make it more athletic. It’s a preformatted class so it’s easy to learn. I think this program is best for Group Fitness. You can find out more at www.turbokick.com I have been certified with them for going on 5 years.
