For waivers and guidelines/regulations I would consult with an attorney since this is a corporate facility.
As for equipment set up it all depends on the space, your budget and the type of training you want to be provided at the facility. There is usually not one way of setting them up but from my experience in these types of facilities the cardio equipment are in one side of the gym and the rest of the strength equipment (free weights, machines, etc.) are in a different one. Some facilities also have space for functional training (TRX, plyometric, kettlebells, ropes, Keiser, etc.). Like I’ve mentioned earlier, it all depends on what you are looking to offer, your budget and space available.
If you do some online search you will come up with a lot of options. There are also companies that specialize in corporate fitness center management in case you need it. Hopefully someone in this forum can give you a more detailed information and better options. I hope this helps.
