Hello all! The other day I had what I feel is an awesome idea for a group class. Although I have been training for two years I sometimes have really good ideas but never make them into reality because I start second guessing myself. Does this happen to the rest of you? How do you just get out there and do it without overthinking everything?
Fear of success stops a lot of ideas from blossoming.
The feedback you’ve received so far has been good.
I’m pretty adventurous when it comes to launching new formats / methods / equipment. At the same time, before i test it on anyone, i think it through. How will it benefit my existing clients? What will it do that my clients aren’t already getting? How will it help me get new clients? Is it safe? How passionate am I about it?
you can always test a small portion of your idea in an existing format and ask for feedback. Another way to dip your toes into a new creation is to use a few participants and ask whether they would be willing to be part of a pilot class to see how it would work. They will probably be flattered to be asked. Just asked them for candid feedback of what they liked and what they did not.
