Hello all! The other day I had what I feel is an awesome idea for a group class. Although I have been training for two years I sometimes have really good ideas but never make them into reality because I start second guessing myself. Does this happen to the rest of you? How do you just get out there and do it without overthinking everything?
Trust in your education, your continuing education, your experience and your humility to recognize that there is always something new to learn. What person has never said “If I could only do it over?” Don’t go there, it’s a backtrap. Always learn from those who have been there, done that. Always be creative. Use your judgement and knowledge. Will you sometimes make mistakes? Yes. Is that okay? Yes. It’s how you grow. How do you think we scientists figured out things? And we will always have an infinite more to learn. That’s the upside! Just be creative and be thankful.
