Do you recommend any fitness iPhone apps to your clients?
There are really good ones out there. A few free I like for clients are “Loose it”, which tracks nutritional content of foods, calorie input and weight loss goals. “All recipes dinner spinner” is a nifty app which allows selection of ingredients, cooking time and method and comes up with recipes for a person. “Sports Tracker” is like a workout log which calculates calories, time, distance and workouts. A few others like Calorie King, Smart Pantry, and S.P.E.E.D. are okay but all cost per workout so not recommended. My favorites are “PT onthe Move lite” and “PT on the Move” ~(both versions of “PT on the net”, a fantastic investment as a PT). I can use these apps to design or tweak a client workout and email it to them. They can also use the “Lite” version of the app to view their workout. Free if you are a member of the website.
Hi All, I am looking for app to help me be better organized. For example I do in-home training. I was hoping there was something for the ipad that my clients could sign in each time I go to them so I can kepp track of their sessions. I could make a word document but I can’t find the right app to open in the ipad. Anyway, I want something I can pull up right there with them.
Also, what is the best app to track payments I recieve each time. I have looked for something but most apps are way more detailed. I just want to enter there checks and when they paid.
Any suggestions?
