I do offer a specialized service/training and accompanying report to specific clients (female athletes), however I don’t really consider it “upselling,” as much as I do offering a special service to a particular niche. Since this testing and service is NOT part of my general fitness service, it is specialty practice/service that I offer to those clients who fit the demographic.
When a client sees the need to purchase a wellness coaching package, a wellness report is included. The wellness report is essentially the results of the well-being assessment.
As far as how it is going for me….
Many people don’t see the need to purchase wellness coaching. So at times it can be challenging to help a prospective client see the need to consider coaching as an option to reach their health and fitness goals.
