Do you offer virtual training?
No…training in person is a very difficult task and still many people I notice do not correctly train clients/patients. How are you supposed to regulate how someone performs a movement and if they are doing it correctly? This is just a way to try and make more money but you are doing no service to anyone through this method. This type of stuff degrades the industry. We do not see physical therapy online, or go to your doctor online?
Lets keep some standards!

I offer traditional in-person training but I also offer online training. I strongly believe it makes training accessible to a broader group of people and can be extremely effective for a wide range of clients – even beginners and the more advanced. I provide support far beyond the 30 or 60 minutes that I’d be with a client in a gym setting, and there is so much more to personal training that is beyond training a specific movement – this can be addressed very effectively online.
Not everyone is a good fit for online training and a careful, detailed assessment must be performed, but with careful coaching and utilizing all of the tools and resources (particularly Skype and YouTube) the internet has to offer I’ve found it to work wonderfully.
Great question, I personally think there’s going to be a shift to more of this in the near future.
I do but only with specific clientele whom I have worked with consistantly for at least a few months, and even then, not for more than a month… and only if its to complete a program or if I will be seeing them directly upon returning to in person sessions right after the online training is complete. On-line is just complicated.
