I don’t use a printout for exercises. I never ask my clients to do and exercise unless I show them first so they will know how it’s done correctly and also answer any questions they might have. I also don’t use printouts of the workouts either. I have them memorized before the session because this works best for me. Every trainer is different and has his/her own methods of training clients. If a printout works better for you then it’s perfectly fine to use it.
