Hi Glenna. Can you explain a bit about what you’re asking? Are you talking about as a trainer do I come to my client workouts with a printout of the workout? If this is what you’re asking then my answer is a definite YES. I always go to my client workouts with a pre-planned, printed workout. This helps me stay on course and allows me to economize our time together. This does NOT however mean that I will not go ‘off the page’ and present a few challenges not on the sheet of paper 🙂 Gotta keep your client’s on their toes (smile).
