Hi Jason,

there are two occasions when I do that. For their birthdays, my clients get a complimentary session, and for the winter holidays I make a donation to a charity in their name.

I recently gave four of my long term clients (they have been with me over 10 years) a gift certificate for an 80 minute in home massage from an amazing massage therapist to thank them for staying with me. (Two of them have been with me over 20 years, and at their first 10 year mark I gave them a gift certificate to a local healthy restaurant).
I bring all of my clients a small token from every conference I attend. For example water bottles, snazzy shoe laces, workout specific hair ties.

Hello Jason,

Not more than cards of thanks; I love the charity donation idea. I have given out many types of items at health fairs.
I make a notebook log for every client to follow, with other schedules that only need filling in.
Take care.

I used to, but it got to be too much.

I am a proponent of under promise and over deliver. Then they are always happy when they receive gifts.

I’ll send a card when they are not expecting it as most expect cards on their birthdays and holidays but I am of the opinion that when people receive cards or gifts when they are not expected it has more meaning.
