As a competitive age-grouper,
I would like to get your feedback on whether you follow a training/fitness training plan leading up to your fitness events anywhere from a 1-mile road race, ┬¢ marathons, all the way to ultra-distance events?
I am trying to compile as many different opinions and your answer matters.

no, I don’t follow any running program. I just get ou and run 3-5 times per week. Sometimes run further, sometimes – faster. That all depends on daily routine, upcoming races, and many other factors.
