1. The problem I have with these Biggest Loser type shows is that they use scale weight. As we CPT’s know that body composition is a more accurate measurement of fat loss or muscle gain which, these shows do not take into account. Then they call them a loser when in fact they very well may have actually lost more fat than their opponent but because muscle weighs more than fat.
2. They do not go into the 80% Nutrition & 20% fitness aspect to healthy weight loss and keeping it off afterwards.
