Do you discount bulk sessions based on frequency per week or duration of package?

Discount for large number of sessions purchased.
Slight increase for clients who are located 20 minutes or more from my home base. I do in-home sessions frequently, and if it takes me 2 hours to train one client, I charge for that since the bulk of my clients are within a 2 mile radius of my home base.
