Do You Consider BODYBUILDING As A Sport?
Bodybuilding is absolutely not a sport. Competition, yes; sport, no. Miss America contestants go through a lot of the same preparations before their competition, the dieting and the workouts. Both are different types of beauty competitions, but the fact is that bodybuilding is just a beauty competition. (I do not mean any disrespect to any bodybuilders because their have worked their asses off to acheive the results that they have, I have nothing but respect for them)
The process of bodybuilding (lifting weights in the gym) is close to being labeled as a sport, but not quite. Powerlifting is a sport. Competeing to see who can lift the most weight requires greater physical performance than others. Crossfit is also a sport when individuals compete to finish a course in the faster time. A true sport typically has a clear winner, the winner of a sport should never be decided because one person “looks better”
Typically any sport that needs to be “judged” is not a sport. (Figureskating, gymnastics, etc.)
Not Sure. Bodybuilding is not a Sports Actually. We can consider in Daily Routines activity
