Hello Lynn Cooper,
Every client signs the legal forms after reading and filling out. I have been complimented on the professionalism of this practice, not to mention, the peace of mind for all concerned. People take a trainer more seriously and have a deeper respect knowing that we trainers truly care.
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
I go over and fill out paperwork with every client that includes risk and release, health history, physician clearance or the client declining to get pre-activity physician’s clearance (which if they refuse to get clearance and have answers indicating the need for this on their history/PAR-Q, I recommend they seek another trainer), terms of payment, scheduling agreement/cancellation agreement, and a form for determining the type of program that they are interested in being provided.
