Do you allow your clients to “pay as they come” or pay in advance for a set number of sessions, regardless if they show or not?

Clients can pay as they go, but that is significantly more expensive. I give reduced rates to clients who book and pay in advance for multiplie sessions. The time is theirs, show or not. I do not give refunds as I have pulled their time slot from the available calendar. I will give a credit to long time clients who have had some sort of medical issue requiring they stop their sessions. This is credited toward session when they return. But they may need to choose a new time slot on the calendar if someone has taken their slot while they were not able to attend workouts.
