Yes! It’s always a compromise, right! The client knows what they want but not always what they need. Agreed that assessments show the needs…what’s tight, what’s weak and where to begin and create the balance that will create the best results. Often that’s releasing tight hips and upper back before layering on wake up calls in the way of strength for gluteal amnesia and stabilization via the multifidus and overall bracing. Then it’s a matter of assessing what their life or sport needs are individually before progressing to a full program.
