Good topic question… Over the past year, my client base has grown so my training schedule has increased. At the same time, I was getting burned out from teaching too much, so I dropped a few classes–only to replace them with training clients. Now I find it harder to fit my own workout in, so I’m back to wanting to teach more! I usually do practice what I preach, and love eating healthy and hitting the weights (mentally and physically, weights are what I love!).
But, I’m also human and have my shortfalls… Right now I am working every day (if only for a few hours). The next thing for me is to cut down and take at least one full day off for myself.
