We are not any different just because we are fitness professionals. We have the same challenges and the same time constraints.
I do thikn it is very important for us to make the effort to practice what we preach. And I use my own experience in finding time to exercise, taking time to plan and prepare healthy food, and making my health a priority to give my clients tools to do the same.
