I struggle with self care, as do many of my clients. My personality type is to serve others before myself, so it’s something I have to really work on, but I’m making strides in the right direction.
The main change I’ve made so far this year, I’ve dropped two high intensity classes and replaced them with restorative yoga, which has been tremendous for stress relief and reducing aches and pains that were becoming chronic.
