I would put a shower or two in if possible
Many people like to train before going to work, it’s a bonus to have a shower.

Thanks for all the great input! I’ll definitely be getting a shower put in, maybe 2 if I can afford it.

Hi Tiffany,

I have a small studio and was faced with the same question. We decided on one shower. It is very rarely used but people like to know that it is an option.

A shower will be a great selling tool if you can afford it. It might be cheap to add a second one if you make it a shower room only. You already have two bathrooms. Make the person get out of the shower room to do other things. This will help free up the shower room.
