Personally I’d like to do it for four weeks, twice a week, and really get people going with their summer fitness. But part of me wonders how hard it will be for people (women) with kids/jobs to get there twice a week. I’d love some input. As I said, this is my first boot camp, I’m going to be working through the town rec department and really want to make a good impression. =) THANKS!!
I hold 2 types of Outdoor Workouts:
(1) 21-Day: 3 times a week 5:30-6:00a or 6:30-7:00a or
(2) 4-Week Total Fitness Wokout (same schedule but I add a 60-min on Sat)
This way I give them the option of what they want to do, how long they want to commit. All programs are paid in advance and I’ve been doing this for the past 2 years without breaks as they don’t like to miss any sessions if possible.
