Personally I’d like to do it for four weeks, twice a week, and really get people going with their summer fitness. But part of me wonders how hard it will be for people (women) with kids/jobs to get there twice a week. I’d love some input. As I said, this is my first boot camp, I’m going to be working through the town rec department and really want to make a good impression. =) THANKS!!
I really think that 2 a week is only going to benefit you & the bootcampers. I have found with my clients who train with me once a week they expect the same results as those training 2 to 4 a week.
As for 4 or 6 weeks – I really like 6 week programs however have found people are more likely to committ to a 4 week program. (This of course is my demographics)
