Personally I’d like to do it for four weeks, twice a week, and really get people going with their summer fitness. But part of me wonders how hard it will be for people (women) with kids/jobs to get there twice a week. I’d love some input. As I said, this is my first boot camp, I’m going to be working through the town rec department and really want to make a good impression. =) THANKS!!
Starting my summer camp back this year and it will run for 8 weeks, 2 days per week. 1 week off, and back for one last 8 weeks. I hold it early (6am) but that’s the best time for me, and the turnout is good.
If you can get people to interact with each other, it will be successful. Oh, and listen to Susan on the no refund policy. Less quitting involved before camp begins that way.
