Designing my 1st summer bootcamp! Torn: 4 or 6 weeks? Once or twice a week? Thoughts?
Personally I’d like to do it for four weeks, twice a week, and really get people going with their summer fitness. But part of me wonders how hard it will be for people (women) with kids/jobs to get there twice a week. I’d love some input. As I said, this is my first boot camp, I’m going to be working through the town rec department and really want to make a good impression. =) THANKS!!
We do a 6 week on one week off rotation: At first we offered 4 times a week, but now we offer 2 times a week hoping to go back to 3 times a week!
Many bootcamps go for 10 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Basically it’s a matter of committment: Also I feel it takes at least 6 weeks to see results.
Time of day is very important: think about your demographics. We offer 6:30 p.m. and working moms love it.
However, you know your market best
