This subject has come up many times in the past. All I can say here is that I have made a living out of people who have tried CrossFit and after they got injured they were looking for someone to help them put their body back together. CrossFit is a tough workout and not everyone can do it. But there a lot of things wrong with this type of training. At the end it comes down to the CF gym and how qualified and knowledgeable are the instructors teaching the classes.
