Do you give anything for your clients to fill out when they are done with you? Asking
-If they achieved their goals?
-Would they reccomend you?
-What did they enjoy?
-What did they not enjoy?
Have you come across a form like this? I have made my own but am hesitant to use it. I was hoping to find one that was a little more professional.
Questionnaires can be a great learning tool if we make them user friendly. Will you be giving this in person or via email? What incentive does the formal client have to fill it out?
People hate to give their names to anything, as they fear repercussions.
I am wondering if you could not ask similar questions while you still have their attention.
I have asked my clients on a regular basis if they feel the direction of the training is aligned with their needs and what they want. I explain why I suggest particular exercises or habits and then ask for feedback to check in with how they are perceiving me.
It is somewhat of an on-going dialogue. It is a dialogue, (two way) and not a discussion (one way).
Feedback as you suspect is the greatest learning, however we must make it easy to give.
