not quite sure what it is you are looking for. I use Google Calendar to keep track of my classes and personal training schedules. I like it because it is also an app for the iPhone, and they synchronize with each other so I only need to change one location and can be sure of consistency. It also allows me to enter a lot of additional information.

Trying to be frugal, I use the pocket size calendars people give out. Over the years you will figure out how to track things for yourself. I usually do not find most helpful what is available; preferring to make my own forms. There are more calendar templates online that are easy enough to find with a google search.
