Hello Elizabeth Carroll,
Start with warm up, have the work portion, end with cool down. You need to know how long the session will last, then divided the time to fit. I like 5-10 mins each for warm up, cool down, then the rest of the time is for the work portion: total body, upper, lower, whatever the class is for that day.
Use your creative side, this is where it gets fun.
