Certification Verification – IM from Aust and my PT accademy does not appear on the list, how can I show this and be verified

At the moment, the only 2 verifications on my profile relate to Zumba and everything else is in red and looks very unprofessional, how can I change this as I am a certified PT and Health coach??

You should contact IDEA directly at their toll free number 800-999-4332. They may not be able to verify your AUS certs without help from you to contact the academy in question.
