I have recently (7/15) renewed my CPT status through my certification organization (NCCPT and am certified for another 2 years. In my IDEA account it lists my expired date. I have checked my agency website account and I am certified through 2017. How do I get this changed in my IDEA membership profile page?
I once ran into a snag like that. I assume that you have submitted your new certification status through your profile page. this has to be the first step because it does not happen automatically. IF you have, and it is still nor verified, I would first contact NCCPT and then IDEA. They can do that manually, if the automated process has a hiccup.
