If your clients live in a building have them go up and down the stairs between exercises or for a set time. If they live in a high rise that will work even better…keep climbing those stairs…. :-). If they live in a house, then have them either walk or run around the block between exercises or for a specific time or distance. You can use some of the suggestions Christine gave as well in a circuit setting or for time (I’m not sure about the battling ropes unless they have a yard).
