Can you recommend a reliable web developer for a small business website?

Scott Bolinger comes highly recommended by John Spencer Ellis founder of NESTA. He is a little pricy but he does all of John’s sites and the work is top notch from what I have seen. Actually his prices look pretty decent now at $149 for the platinum template. I contacted him to design a site from scratch for me last year and he wanted $1500 for it…lol that was more than I was wanting to pay.
