Always my first choice to contact IDEA. They are great with customer service. But I don’t think the videos can be downloaded. I mean it is not good for their business to make it easier to share with others. And Netflix just started to have this option and video is their only business.

They are meant to be streamed, but as with anything else on the internet, I’m sure someone has/will find a way to “steal” them.
