I want to know what you think about GMO’s and the safety of the restructuring of food DNA or adding of DNA from other organisms. If you could provide some links to the research to back up your understanding of these foods that would be great. As per my understanding, these types of foods can be detrimental to our health. I, too, have been doing more reading/research on GMOs. To me it is very unsettling where GMOs are going and what it is doing to us and to the environment. I have moved to eating as much organic food as I am able and buying product labeled as non-GMO. It can be difficult. For companies that make product using GMOs I ask this – why are they so fearful of labeling a product as containing GMO? Its our right to know as consumers what we are putting in our bodies – why else are there ingredient lists on every food product? Why then should we not be told if something is made using GMOs?
