Can anyone shed some light on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO’s) or genetically engineered foods?

I want to know what you think about GMO’s and the safety of the restructuring of food DNA or adding of DNA from other organisms. If you could provide some links to the research to back up your understanding of these foods that would be great. As per my understanding, these types of foods can be detrimental to our health. Thank you!
Hi Raul. My preference is to ingest foods that have not been genetically engineered. I love how Mother Nature manufactures it much better 🙂
