finding a trainer is both easy and difficult but here is a good start. If you look at the tab at the top of the page, you see ‘Find a Trainer’ which allows you to search by location.
You will probably see quite a list, and choosing a trainer can be difficult. You need somebody who is qualified, having up to date certifications, CPR and liability insurance. But it is also important that you ‘click’ with the trainer.
I suggest that you contact several of them and see how you feel in your conversation. the trainer should ask about you, your goals, your exercise history and your medical history. A program for you should be determined by your answer to those questions. You should not have to fit a program that the trainer has and tries to ‘sell’ you.
I wish you good luck in finding your amazing trainer and reaching your goals.
